This powder corrodes the body from the inside! I bought this Glycine powder to calm my sleep, but when I took it as recommended, I experienced intestinal bleeding, diarrhoea, and worsening insomnia, often unable to sleep until five in the morning! Lowering the dose did not help; I continued to experience diarrhoea, blood in my stool, and insomnia. Cancelling Glycine returned my condition to normal! I regret purchasing this supplement and do not recommend it!

I have bought NOW Foods Glycine several times as it helps me sleep and reduces anxiety during the day. I decided to try the powder, which I find more pleasant and economical than capsules. When dissolved under the tongue, it acts quickly. I noticed improved mental performance and memory, and it slightly lowers blood pressure. Unlike previous purchases from pharmacies, this has had no negative effects.

Glycine helps to normalise my psycho-emotional state and is effective for stress. I recommend 10 grams under the tongue for high blood pressure; it truly works wonders!

For me, this topic is forbidden! It caused headaches, increased blood pressure, and irregular heartbeat. Glycine is effective, but an excess can be harmful. Take care of yourself and wish you good health!

I find Glycine excellent; it significantly improves my mood and helps to normalise my high blood pressure. A large can lasts a long time, and deliveries are always well-packaged. Compared to pharmacy options, this is another level. I'm very pleased, and if I run out, I will purchase more, as my friends and family are also delighted!
